Come and join us on this summer Friday evening 5k run, in the Forest of Bere. Set in and around West walk, the centre of the Forestry Commission site, with beautiful scenery and great trails.
With chip timing and a bespoke medal for all finishers, no cut off time, and a great social gathering with a barbecue afterwards at the Roebuck Inn, just a 15 minute walk from the finish (shuttle bus available). The price of the barbecue is included in your entry price.
Some of the proceeds from the event will go to The Rowans Hospice, our charity partner for 2017.
West Walk is the Forestry Commission site in the Forest of Bere, on Hundred Acres Road, which itself is off the B2177, Wickham to Cosham road.
There is a large pay and display car park at the start, with additional parking at nearby Wood End (Heath Road) and Upperford Copse (Heath Road), both of which ar a 10 minute walk from the start/finish.
